Monument to Queen Victoria in front of Buckingham Palace London United Kingdom Designed by the sculptor Sir Thomas Brock, inaugurated in 1911 and completed in 1924. The center of the monument is marble from the Pentélico Greece with individual statues of Carrara marble and gilded bronze. At the top there is a statue of winged Victory of Samothrace, in gilded and polished bronze, and below it two more statues, Constance and Courage, also in gold.
