Gold Dome Building
This is a Winter picture of the iconic Gold Dome Building, in a bed of snow, today it is known as the Garfield Park Fieldhouse, located in Chicago, Illinois in Cook County. This building was designed by Christian Michaelsen and Sigurd Rognstad, it is an example of Spanish Baroque Revival architecture, it was built in 1928. This structure is a contributing property to the Garfield spark Historic District which was added to the National Register of Places on August 31, 1993. This picture was taken on February 12, 2018.
