Captured `spoils of war` at the Presidio San Francisco, 8.
Throughout the Presidio San Francisco, as with many current or former military bases, are left over cannons. Some of these cannons will be from that base, some will have been from any, defeated militaries arsenal. This cannon just outside Stilwell Hall on Crissy Field is one such `spoils of war` cannon, with no records found. Very beautifully engraved with `San Gabriel` on the top, it most likely was from either The Philippines or Cuba.
