Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church
This is a Summer picture of the iconic Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin in Milwaukee County. This church is considered Frank Lloyd Wrightââ¬â¢s last projects as he died during construction. Frank L. Wright designed the Church h in 1956, construction began in 1959 the year Wright died, it was completed in 1961. The Church is an example of Byzantine architectural form, it features a shallow scalloped roof. This structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 19, 1974. This picture was taken on June 2, 2018.
