Amazon architecture: Built in neo-Renaissance style in England steel structure, The Mocó Reservoir (Reservatório do Mocó) was built in the period of the great wealth afforded by the amazon rubber (was inaugurated in 1899). The tank was designed and built with the aim of solving the problems of water that reached the city at the end of the XIX century. Stands out for grandeur of its internal structure which supports two huge metal tanks, installed in the space above the building, the construction is Protected by National Heritage and still supplies the City of Manaus.
