Royal Pahang Fashion
The woven sarongs of silk sarongs have expanded in Pahang , Terengganu , and Kelantan since 1838. This is noted in the writings of Abdullah Munshi which also illustrates the export of silk sarongs and silk thread imports in these states. This continued until the census in 1901 showed seventy-seven weavers in Pahang.
