Colourful ceramic translations of the Magnificat, the prayer sung by the Virgin Mary at this site, the Church of the Visitation in Ein Kerem, near Jerusalem. She purportedly sang it to her cousin Elizabeth, who was pregnent with John the Baptist, in this spot. it is told in the New Testament in Luke.
