Round tower to survey the domain
This tower at Blarney Castle Irish: Caisleán na Blarnan, County Cork, Ireland was built in 1446 as a medieval stronghold near the River Martin. The current keep was built by the MacCarthy of Muskerry dynasty, a cadet branch of the Kings of Desmond.
