A branch having green fruit and white blossoms of the morinda citrifolia tree. The unripe fruit has the color green as the big elongated leaves. Outward, the fruit appears to be rough, having grooves and notches at the point where blossoms fell from. This fruit, which is recognized in some regions as highly nutritional, or medicinal, is of the Rubiaceae, family, Gentianales, order, and has many common names; some of which are great morinda, indian mulberry, noni, beach mulberry, canary wood, lada, nono, kura, wild pine, yor ban, duppy soursop, and cheese fruit or cheesefruit.
