Croda de R`Ancona in a beautiful fall afternoon
The Croda of Ancona or de RôAncona is a modest summit of the Croda Rossa dôAmpezzo group that rises with its 2365 m near the Val Felizon and is easily recognizable from this by its typical red color. An excursion on its summit turns out to be very satisfying from the point of view of landscape, history numerous remains of trenches and tunnels and hiking as the path is very varied and for this not to be underestimated. The peak of the mountain is a great place for a wonderful panorama of the mountains area: the Tofane, Croda da Lago, Pelmo, Sorapis, Cristallo, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Croda del Beco, Croda Rossa etc. Dolomites, Italy
