Constructed in 1764, Old Truchas Mission of the Holy Rosary attracts artists and photographers hoping to capture the essence of the original Southwest adobe churches along on the High Road to Taos. In the heart of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range, the historic village of Truchas was more recently the setting for Robert Redfordââ¬â¢s film The Milagro Beanfield War.
