The Bâlea Lake is a glacier lake situated at 2,034 m of altitude in the FÃÆgÃÆraà Ÿ Mountains, in central Romania, in Sibiu County. There are two chalets opened all the year round, a meteorological station and a mountain rescue station. It is accessible by car on the TransfÃÆgÃÆrÃÆà Ÿan road during the summer, and the rest of the year by a cable car from the Bâlea Waterfall chalet. The resort offers nature trails medium-advanced class, is a real paradise for lovers of extreme sports. Here you can practice ski, snowboard, gave the bag, sleighing, etc.. Partia Balea Lac is one of the most popular ski slopes in Romania by professionals and those who love extreme sports. Snow is present in November / December to July and has a very good quality for carrying skiââ¬â¢s. The photo was taken this summer, on a road trip and it was a very foggy day.
