Pulga Parvati Valley
When I reached the village and a pile of rocks with the board Pulga main aapka swagat hai meaning You are welcome to Pulga. We could see the highest point from there. The view was brilliant. There was hardly a cloud in the sky. To the south we could see rolling foothills: the gentle ups and downs that weââ¬â¢d walked through. Some of the hillsides were green or dark green with pine trees. To the west and east there was a muddle of ridges and spurs. To the north, there were several mighty snow-capped Himalayas. The real Himalayan giants were mostly east of where we stood. It was beautiful. Magnificent.
