Large Sunflowers Welcoming the Sun
Large annual sunflower facing east waiting on the sun to make its appearance. This large sunflower or Helianthus Annuus are heliotropic meaning they turn their flowers to follow the sun east to west. Very attractive to bees, birds and many small animals. Easy to grow! Photo taken in late spring.
