One of the Monk Parrots at White Rock Lake

This monk parrot sits in a tree with several below him. The colony has now formed about three colonies of 80 or so birds throughout the Dallas area. The second colony is along the Trinity River near Trinity Groves downtown and third colony is in downtown Lewisville.
