This building was built in 1900 by Here Williams in the Pre-Raphaelite Art Nouveau style designed by William Neatby. It has been designated as a Grade 11 listed building.The lady on the top is holding a lamp and mirror symbolising light and truth. Whilst most of the building was demolished the facade was preserved it is the largest decorative Doulton Carrara ware facade of its kind in Britain
