The Plum flower
Plum flower is the flower of plum tree. Li, also known as Yumei, is a small deciduous tree of Rosaceae in ancient times. Its flowering period varies with different regions and varieties. It is usually in March in the South and from April to may in the north of Qinling Huaihe River. White flowers, though small and luxuriant, elegant and fresh. The fruit is yellow or crimson. In addition to raw food, it can also be processed into dried plum or plum sauce.
