Woodhenge monument panorama Meers, the Netherlands
In the Koegriend Meers, Limburg, Holland, along the Maas are fifteen tree trunks that suggest that a forest has burned down here. The trees are 1400 to 1700 years old and are part of a new monument, Woodhenge. They symbolise the power of mother nature.
