Pictured is a front and side view of Southlake`s log house, a replica of an 1850s pioneer home. It is located in Bicentennial Park. The house includes logs from three log structures that stood long ago in the area before it was Southlake. The red clay between the logs is from Southlake. Missing pieces were hand-crafted by restoration expert Bill Marquis of Denton County.
