Engineering and Design College of Hunan Normal UniversityVocational and Technical College of Hunan Normal University was established in August 1988. It is the earliest Undergraduate College of Vocational and technical education in Hunan.ÃÂ Set up five departments, including machinery and electrical appliances, clothing, tourism, secretarial, finance and accounting, mainly to cultivate for companies, enterprises and higher vocational and technical collegesÃÂ the senior technical application-oriented and technical education normal talents with noble professional ethics, high humanistic and scientific literacy, solid professional basic knowledge and skilled practical skills and the ability to engage in technical development or artistic creation. On August 9, 1989, the vocational and technical college was relocated from Information School of Hunan Library to the headquarters of Hunan Normal University, forming today`s Engineering and Design College of Hunan Normal University asÃÂ a subordinateÃÂ unit under the direct leadership and management of Hunan Normal University.
