Waves roll into Cayuga Lake cove depositing log debris
Cayuga Lake is fed by many streams all around the lake. Heavy rain events can wash logs, large tree limbs and other debris into the lake. High winds that create large wave events on the lake can also carry debris from shore into the lake.
