Covering 1,000 acres & x28;400ÃÂ ha& x29; on either side of theÃÂ River Lee NavigationÃÂ betweenÃÂ Waltham AbbeyÃÂ andÃÂ Broxbourne, it is an area of lakes, watercourses, open spaces and threeÃÂ Sites of Special Scientific InterestÃÂ linked by footpaths and cycle tracks.
