View of the village of Salmanovo and the church
From the chronicles of the school activities of Todor Enev, longtime head teacher of the primary school in Salmanovo, it is clear that the old church `St. Dimitar` was built in 1860, as together with it in the yard they built a school room. The church building was primitive with the characteristic of the XIX century - a wooden structure with walls of woven rods, plastered with clay.
