Niyama River tourist attraction is not a tourist spot, but many visitors try to visit the location because has a very beautiful panorama that attracts many tourists who want to take pictures. There is a tunnel that has been legendary since the previous Japanese colonial era. During the occupation of the Japanese army around 1942-1945, forced labor (Romusha) was carried out in the area for the construction of the Niyama water channel and tunnel to drain excess flow from the Brantas River in the Tulungagung City area to the Indian Ocean.
