中国绿地中心千玺广场位于郑东新区CBD中央公园内，和会展中心、艺术中心相临，是郑东新区CBD的三大标志性建筑之一。由上海绿地集团下属企业河南绿地中原置业发展有限公司投资22亿进行开发建设，由世界最知名的超高层设计公司美国SOM担纲设计,其主楼为280米高塔状建筑，是中原第一高楼 [1] 。 Qianxi square of China Green Space Center is located in the CBD Central Park of Zhengdong New Area, adjacent to the Convention and Exhibition Center and Art Center. It is one of the three landmark buildings of the CBD of Zhengdong New Area. Henan Greenland Zhongyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Greenland Group, invested 2.2 billion for development and construction. It is designed by SOM, the world`s most famous super high-rise design company. Its main building is a 280 high tower building, which is the tallest building in the Central Plains [1].
