Rocks and reflections in Ticha Dam
The Ticha Reservoir is located in the Shumen region, only 10 km from the majestic old capital of Bulgaria - Veliki Preslav. The reservoir is also in direct proximity to the city of Varbitsa - 18 km away, and to the center of the district - the city of Shumen, which is 40 km away. The dam impresses with an area of 18.7 square kilometers, a water volume of 311,000,000 m3 and a height of 55.5 meters. It is located at 185 meters above sea level.
