A ger (nomadic tent) in the evening silence of the huge steppe, Tuv province, Mongolia. The Mongol ger or moveable nomadic tent is a uniquely ancient architecture for the nomads of Mongolia in Central Asia. The nomads move out from one steppe or desert to another at least four times a year. They still consider their gers as a comfortable dwelling place in the midst of the solitary places.
