Flag of Sami people are a Finno Ugricàspeaking people inhabiting the region of Sápmi formerly known as Lapland, which today encompasses large northern parts of Norway, Sweden, Finland, and of the Murmansk Oblast, Russia, most of the Kola Peninsula in particular.
