There are 3 (three) types of Guntur pyroclastic flows, the first of which is composed of lava blocks with a yellowish-brown coarse sand matrix, these outcrops of deposits can be found around the Islamic Boarding School Village. The second type consists of blocks of lava and volcanic bombs with a matrix of coarser and less cohesive sand. While the youngest is composed of basaltic and andesitic lava fragments and volcanic bombs with a gray-black bread crust structure. This pyroclastic flow shows a fan-shaped distribution pattern from Guntur Peak to the southeast.
