The Ferryman`s Dream statue, Speyer, Germany
Near the statue of the Dreaming Ferryman is this life-sized statue of 8 German Emperors called `Des Fährmanns Traum` Ferryman`s dreaming. It is located in the so-called `Domgarten` park in Speyer, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz. The Fährmann ferryman is a figure of an old local saga where the ferryman is called by the dead German emperors to take them over the Rhine river. The bronze sculpture was created by Georg Günther Zeuner in 1987.
