Pot Roasting Tomatoes for Tomatoes Choka
Tomatoes being roast in pot on a stove top. After roasting the tomatoes are peeled and mashed. Garlic, onion, salt and pepper are then added to the mashed roast tomatoes to create tomatoes choka. This is common dish in Trinidad and Tobago.
