This javelina has found some feed spilled on the ground.

The javelina (Dicotyles tajacu) is an opportunistic feeder and will eat just about anything it can find. It is in the rodent family and is a collared peccary. It is found mostly in the south and southwest arid regions of the USA and south to Argentina.
