Rudderless freighter in the dutch river of IJssel
On October 25, 2012, a german freighter is become adrift after a power failure, at the river of IJssel in the Netherlands. A boat of Rijkswaterstaat, the executive arm of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, is pushing against the ship until a tugboat has been arrived for assistance.
