The first burial in the church cemetery was made in 1654, the last one at the end of the 19th century.In 1957, Herbert Rutz, the last German pastor, was exceptionally buried here.The church necropolis was the burial place of ?widnica townspeople and pastors. The oldest tombstones come from the 1770s, and the latest ones - from before the mid-18th century. Some of the valuable monuments were moved and displayed around the church.During the Spring of Nations, Evangelicals and Catholics were buried here together.It is one of the few Evangelical cemetery complexes in Silesia, surrounded by valuable trees (13 trees, including 200-year-old lime trees, have the status of a natural monument). In the years 2014-2017, the first major renovation since the 19th century was carried out here, restoring many tombs and tombstones, as well as the wall surrounding Peace Square.
