The Land of Open Shutters is located in the Narew valley in Podlasie, between Bia?ystok and Hajnówka. It is a trail leading through three small villages: Trze?cianka, Soce and Puch?y. The region is characterized by the fact that it is mostly inhabited by the Orthodox population of Belarusian origin.
