Taiwanese thin rice noodles and fried smelly Tofu. Oyster Mee Sua, a very popular street fare in Taiwan. Delicious noodles of thin rice vermicelli in a thick starchy stewed soup, soya based. Garnished with shucked oysters, and chinese parsley vegetable. Sometimes cooked pigs intestines are also added. Tasty and flavorful meal, common found in streetside night markets in Taipei and other taiwan locations. Fried smelly fermented tofu served with chilli sauce, pepper and salt condiments.
