Dozens of buildings in Constan?a Romania nowadays have a red dot which means high risk of collapse. In other words, the danger of these buildings collapsing, in the event of an earthquake, and causing dozens of victims, is extremely high. The list of buildings at seismic risk in our county includes 69 buildings, most of them from the municipality of Constan?a. In order to prevent such tragedies from happening again, for many years, the authorities in our country have been evaluating buildings and classifying those that raise a high degree of danger, considering the structure shaken by the passage of years, in various degrees of seismic risk.
