Pleated Inkcap mushroom - Parasola Plicatilis
Sometimes called the Japanese Umbrella Toadstool - Coprinus plicatilis or Pleated Inky Cap. Saprotrophic mushroom with a plicate cap. Resembles a cocktail umbrella. Looks like Parasola plicatilis so a microscope is needed for identification of the spores and mushroom. Two similar species, P. hemerobia and P. leiocephala.
