Otorii and approach to the shrine Oji Shrine
Oji Shrine is a shrine located in Oji Honmachi, Kita Ward, Tokyo, Japan. The date of establishment is unknown. During the Kohei era (1058-1065) of the Heian period, Minamoto no Yoshiie went on a conquest of Oshu, practiced the Kanrinbutsucho ritual here, and dedicated the armor on the day of his triumphal return.
