Nethili Fry is a crispy fry with anchovies, serves as a great starter and as a side dish too. ingredients: Nethili, Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp. Turmeric Powder .Onion - 2 ,Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Oil , 4 Tomato - 2Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp Pepper powder - ½ tbsp Coriander leaves - handful Salt to taste Clean the dry nethili fish and wash well and soak for 10 mins.This helps to remove all the dirt from it.Wash and take the fish aside.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry . Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato and fry until done.Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilly powder and pepper powder.Mix well. Allow to cook by adding ½ cup water.Now add cleaned fish, combine well and cook it covered in the masala.Stir it gently by drizzling oil to the sides..Allow to fry in low heat for 10 mins, stirring once in a while.Once the fish absorbs all the curry to it, and turns thick consistency, turn off the flame.
