Norway, Spitsbergen/Ny-Ãâ¦lesund: Two London Houses
These houses in Ny-Ãâ¦lesund were built in 1911/12 by the Northern Exploration Company, London. Therefore they are called London Houses. The photo was taken in July. The docking tower for Amundsen's airship is just visible in the background between the houses; a weather station on the right. Please, check out my portfolio for more photos of Spitsbergen!
