The Southern Headquarters Base of China Communications Corporation, also known as the "Window of Guangzhou," is shaped like a "001" when viewed from south to north and a "100" when viewed from north to south. The project is located at the bank of the back channel of the the Pearl River at the starting point of the central axis at the south end of the the Pearl River New Town in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. It is a key project in Guangzhou. When completed, it will become a landmark building on the back channel of the Pearl River and the central axis of the south of the Pearl River. It will have a positive impact on the brand influence of China Communications Construction Corporation, CCCC Guangzhou Waterway Bureau and CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Bureau, and even on the construction and tourism development of Guangzhou. Luoxi Bridge is a river crossing channel connecting Haizhu District and Panyu District in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Located on the main channel of the Pearl River, it is a part of the urban trunk road in the southeast of Guangzhou and a landmark bridge channel on the rear channel of the Pearl River.
