The dam in D?be designed by "Hydroprojekt" was the first dam in Poland built on a lowland river and was a kind of scientific and research training ground. During the works, the river bed was moved by 80 m. The buildings in D?be, from the underground tunnels to the roof, are 35 m high, which corresponds to an 11-story skyscraper.
