Colored Luther Seal Woodcut, also called Luther Rose, a widely-recognized symbol for Lutheranism. The seal was designed for Martin Luther at the behest of John Frederick of Saxony in 1530, while Luther was staying at the Coburg Fortress during the Diet of Augsburg. The components of this seal are a black cross in a red heart as symbol of the Holy Trinity, a white single rose in a sky-blue field and around a golden ring. Vector on white background.
