St. Elizabeth's Cathedral or St. Elizabeth's Metropolitan Cathedral is the largest church in Slovakia with an interior area of ??1,200 m²[3] (the built-up area or the area of ??the plot with the building is 1,796 m²)[4] and a capacity of over 5,000 people, and is also referred to as the easternmost French-style Gothic cathedral in Europe.[5] It is located in the middle of Hlavna Street in Košice, forming it into the shape of a lens. It is the cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Košice and the parish church of the Parish of St. Elizabeth in Košice.
