Motacilla cinerea, or gray-tailed wagtail, nimbly jumps between rocks, garbage and electric ropes. Its appearance is often found in wastelands or river banks at the interface between cities and nature. Surrounded by activities, its footsteps are light and fast, and it is adaptable and can freely shuttle on uneven ground. Small creatures become its daily prey. Combined with the urban fringe landscape, it brings a sense of tactile wildlife in the city, reminds people that even in a busy city, they can still see the magical vitality, and evokes the relationship with ecological protection.
