A Small Blue Kingfisher was simply playing with my patience! Man.... she seldom allows any one to get this close to her! Fortunate I was, yet this required lots of patience to get that close from a boat with dead slow movement and camouflaged presence. Pics was taken from Purbasthali, W.B. India.
