El Djem coliseum

An interior shot of the coliseum at El Djem, Tunisia. This ampitheatre was built by the Romans in the 3rd century and was used in the shooting of Hollywood movie Gladiator starring Russell Crowe. The coliseum became a UNESCO world heritage site in 1979.
