Water dam in Edersee, Germany
Image of the water dam in Edersee / Edertal, Germany. It is the third largest and one of the oldest dams in Germany. It was built from 1908 to 1914 and destroyed by bombs in the year 1943 in the second world war. It was rebuilt in the same year by forced laborers. In the background on the mountain is the castle Waldeck.
