China, xi 'an, ancient city wall at night
China's xian city wall is located in the central shaanxi xi 'an, rectangular, wall is 12 meters high, 18 meters wide, and 8 to 15 meters, the east wall is 2590 meters long, the western wall 2631.2 meters long, south wall is 3441.6 meters long, 3241 meters long from the north wall, total circumference of 11.9 kilometers. The gates have four: east changle gate, west AnDingMen, yongning south gate, soon go far, each gate is composed of embrasured watchtower and towers. Existing wall built in Ming hongwu seven years to eleven years (1374-1378), has been 600 years of history, is one of China's most complete existing ancient city wall building.
